This Return and Refund Policy applies to the services provided by Astrosarathikonnect ("we", "us", or "our"), which offers astrological consultations, tarot card readings, numerological analysis, Vastu advice, crystal healing, and related occult science “services”. By accessing or using our Services, you ("you", "Customer", or "Client") agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. General Terms
   Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and personalized astrology services. However, as these services are subjective and involve time and effort from experts, refunds are limited to specific situations.

1. Non-refundable Services

Given the personalized and one-time nature of our Services, no refund will be issued once the service has been rendered (i.e., the consultation or reading has occurred). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Astrology readings
• Tarot card readings
• Numerology consultations
• Vastu advice
• Crystal healing sessions
• Any other occult or spiritual consultation services. 
• Certain items are exempt from being returned, including those that may be easily substituted with fake products. Custom-sized or specifically fitted items, such as rings, jewellery, bracelets, or other wearables, are also non-returnable to maintain authenticity and quality standards.

1. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Technical errors or payment failures resulting in undelivered services.
• Duplicate transactions due to platform error.Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.

1. Refund Procedure

To process your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once we receive your returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected. You will be notified via email confirming that the return has been received. This email will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If approved, we will initiate the refund process. The credited amount will be refunded to your original payment method, such as your credit card, typically within 7–10 business days.

In certain cases, refunds may only be issued partially (if applicable), such as –

• Books or other items showing evident signs of use.
• Items not in their original condition, including those that are damaged or missing components for reasons other than a defect caused by us.

1. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us via email at astrosarathikonnect12@gmail.com. Domestic Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders within India, ensuring timely and secure delivery through trusted courier partners such as DTDC and Blue Dart. For remote or rural areas where courier services are unavailable, we utilize postal services to ensure your order reaches you.

International Shipping
For orders outside India, shipping charges will apply based on the destination. International deliveries are handled by reliable providers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe transit. Additionally, all our shipments are fully insured

Order/Shipment Tracking-

1. Cancellation Policy

If any client has booked a workshop with any astrologer, tarot card reader or counsellor and want to cancel the booking then it has to cancelled with in 48 hours of booking time. If it is done after 48 hours to 72 hours till 96 hours then 50% of booking amount will be refunded. After 96 hours of booking a workshop no refund will be initiated.

No- show policy- If you fail to attend a schedule workshop without any prior notice, no refund will be granted and the service fee will be forfeited.

1. Dispute Resolution

If you feel dissatisfied with the quality of the service received, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. Technical team will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer an alternative remedy, which could include:

 Offering follow-up consultation at no additional charge.

However, as all Services are subjective and based on interpretation and personalized input, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Therefore, no refund will be provided solely based on dissatisfaction with the content or perceived outcome of the consultation.

1. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delays or failure in the delivery of our Services due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events that prevent the performance of the Service. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the service at a mutually agreeable time.

Payments for Services must be made in full prior to the provision of any consultations or readings. We reserve the right to modify our pricing or fees at any time without prior notice, and all payments will be processed in accordance with the terms stated on our website at the time of purchase.
